Terms

Website and enquiry terms.

These terms describe the website and enquiry process. Binding commercial terms appear in the quotation and order confirmation for each transaction.

Business enquiries

This website is intended for professional B2B enquiries. Product references do not constitute a public offer, confirmation of availability or permission to import, purchase or use a product in a particular country.

Quotations and orders

A transaction begins only when the product, specification, quantity, price, destination, delivery route, documents, payment terms and applicable protection are confirmed in writing. The legal seller and invoicing details are stated in the commercial documents.

Evidence and reports

Laboratory records apply only to the sample or batch relationship stated on the report page. They do not establish the quality of every product, supplier or future batch. Third-party reports remain the work of their issuing laboratories.

Protection

Delivery and quality protection apply only when included in the relevant quotation and order confirmation. Eligibility, exclusions and remedies follow the written order terms.

Destination responsibility

The buyer must ensure that the enquiry, import, possession and intended business or research use are lawful in the destination. BatchVerity may decline an enquiry when the destination, buyer or requested use cannot be supported.

Updates

These website terms may change as the service develops. Transaction-specific terms already agreed in writing are not replaced by a later website update.
