How to structure a large international order
Large orders should not depend on one payment, one inspection or one shipment decision.
Break the decision into gates
A practical sequence is requirement freeze, source review, sample or trial order, independent testing, pre-production confirmation, pre-dispatch evidence and delivery closeout. Each gate should answer a defined question before the next payment or volume commitment.
Match payment milestones to evidence
Deposits, balance payments and shipping charges should correspond to completed milestones. BatchVerity does not advertise escrow or an unlimited payment guarantee; we reduce exposure through written conditions, staged decisions and retained records.
Reduce concentration and transport loss
Where practical, split shipments or production releases can reduce the effect of one lost package or one problematic batch. The right structure depends on value, destination and the cost of additional testing and freight.
