Delivery

International delivery is part of supply quality

A product that cannot reach the buyer in the agreed condition and timeframe is not a successful supply outcome.

The cheapest route can create the largest loss

Route selection should consider destination, product, declared process, tracking quality, transit time and exception handling—not price alone. A low freight quote is not useful if the route cannot be monitored or recovered.

Responsibility must survive dispatch

A tracking number is not the end of the work. The shipment still needs monitoring, evidence of carrier events and a defined path when delivery stops.

Protection must be agreed before payment

For eligible routes, the quotation should state whether confirmed carrier loss or customs non-delivery receives one replacement. Exclusions should be just as visible as the promise.
